Products Delivery

Goods will be delivered on time following the scheduled production time, starting from the receivement of Your payment. Different carriers can be selected.

The recipient will be contacted in advance to arrange delivery on a specific date and a scheduled time.

Shipment will be held at the closest local post office.

Regardless of carrier selection, an online tracking link will be provided in order to follow Your parcel (tracking procedure).

Delivery costs comprehends packaging and postage costs. Packaging costs are fixed while shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the parcel and the type of carrier selected. It's strongly suggested to group all Your goods into one, single order. Different orders cannot be merged into a cumulative order: every single order will be charged of delivery costs. Goods will be shipped under Your responsibility. Cardboard boxes are correctly dimensioned and Your goods will be well protected.

Your lures are handcrafted one by one, following Your specifications. Production time of the lures is dependent by the crafting complexity, the chosen customerization level and, last but not least, the amount of labor which the company is subjected to at the time of Your order forwarding.

According to Armatek transparency and correctness policy, the Work-Meter (visualized by the Front-office) has been developed to efficiently quantify the maximum waiting time estimated for the production of Your goods, starting from the confirmation of Your payment. To the previously mentioned waiting time it must be added the shipping time, independent from Armatek’s will. The Work-Meter will be daily updated on a labor quantity base. A brief description of the waiting time correlated with the labor level signaled by the Work-Meter follows.

Armatek is not busy at all and will be able to deliver the package within 5 (five) working days starting from the receivement of Your payment.

Production Capacity 25%

Armatek is busy and will be able to deliver the package within 7 (seven) working days starting from the receivement of Your payment.

Production Capacity 50%

Armatek is busy and will be able to deliver the package within 10 (ten) working days starting from the receivement of Your payment.

Production Capacity 75%

Armatek is busy and will be able to deliver the package within 15 (fifteen) working days starting from the receivement of Your payment.

Production Capacity 90%

Armatek is busy and will be able to deliver the package within 19 (nineteen) working days starting from the receivement of Your payment.

Full

Armatek reached maximum production capacity and will be able to send the package withing 25 (twentyfive) working days starting from the confirmation of Your payment.

Armatek is extraordinary busy. For this reason we are not able to accept orders. We beg Your pardon and we ask You to be confident.
