INFORMATION ABOUT PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

ART. 13 and 14 REG. EU 2016/679

For the purposes set out in the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 the processing of personal data provided by customers and acquired by ARMATEK Custom Lures Engineering, will be processed in compliance with the regulations established by the said Regulation in compliance with the resulting rights and obligations and that:

A) PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT - The treatment is finalized:

I) with regard to customers primarily to fulfill legal or contractual obligations regarding the sale of products marketed by ARMATEK Custom Lures Engineering, and more specifically for the acceptance, taking charge, invoicing and delivery of orders received , as well as for any eventual obligations imposed by specific laws in civil, fiscal and accounting matters;

II) towards suppliers mainly for the fulfillment of legal or contractual obligations regarding the commercial relationship between ARMATEK Custom Lures Engineering and its supplier and, more specifically, regarding the presentation of orders, the receipt of the supply, the payment of the fee, as well as all the possible obligations imposed by specific legal provisions in civil, fiscal and accounting matters.

The data may also be processed, subject to express consent, for sending newsletters and informative material on the products and initiatives of ARMATEK Custom Lures Engineering.

B) DATA SUBJECT OF THE TREATMENT - The data are common: name, surname, date and place of birth, Fiscal Code and VAT number, bank details of the suppliers, residence, telephone numbers and e-mail.On the other hand, sensitive and / or judicial data will not be processed by ARMATEK Custom Lures Engineering.

C) NATURE OF DATA SUPPLY - The provision of data referred to in point B) is mandatory in order to establish or continue the business relationship.The right of the interested party to grant or withdraw at any time the authorization to process data for the purpose of sending newsletters and informative material.

D) CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO THE CONFERENCE - The provision of common personal data is necessary for the completion of the sales contracts and the commercial relationship; consequently, the refusal by the interested party to give personal data implies the impossibility of the completion of the contract.

E) MODALITIES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - The treatment is realized through operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic tools and consists in the collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use , interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. The treatment is carried out by the owner and by the persons appointed expressly authorized by the owner.

F) COMMUNICATION OF DATA - Personal data may be disclosed only to those in charge of processing and may be communicated for the purposes referred to in point A) to internal staff or external collaborators, technology partners or legal consultants for the purposes referred to in point TO).Personal data are not subject to disclosure. These data may be presented at the request of the authorities authorized by law.

G) TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD - Personal data may be transferred to countries of the European Union or to third countries with respect to those of the European Union for the purposes referred to in letter A). The interested party will be informed whether or not an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists.

H) DATA STORAGE - The data are kept for the period necessary for carrying out the activity and in any case for no more than eleven years.

I) HOLDER OF TREATMENT - The owner of the treatment is ARMATEK Custom Lures Engineering withregistered office in via Marsala 46 - 33100 Udine (UD).

J) RESPONSIBLE FOR TREATMENT - The data controller is Giulio Fait and can be contacted at the registered office of ARMATEK Custom Lures Engineering or at the e-mail address customer@armatek-custom.com.

K) RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY - the interested party has the right:

• to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their origin;

• to obtain access, rectification, deletion, limitation and objection to the processing of data except in cases where processing is mandatory pursuant to national and Community laws, regulations and rules;

• to obtain, without any impediment, from the data controller the data in a structured format of common use and legible by an automatic device to transmit them to another data controller;

• to revoke the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent acquired before the revocation.

The exercise of the said rights can be exercised by written communication to be sent to the holder of the treatment by registered letter with return receipt or by mail to the address customer@armatek-custom.com.For any violation, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of personal data or similar authority.
