Scrag

The Scrag has been designed to be one of the most snag proof wacky jig heads available. It features a weedguard that is flexible enough to do not inhibit bites but stout and resilient enough to deflect snags when working your lure through flooded brush, trees, weed and so on. The weedguard can be thinned out for easier hook sets with ultralight line. The head is characterized by a unique keel under the hook eye that help it come through cover more easily than the traditional round head of most wacky jigs. The jig head also features a specifically designed EWG hook that holds a wide variety of bait in place, provide faster penetration during hooksets and maximize hook-up ratio.
